Retreat Description
The 'Mending Medicine Retreat' is a time for peaceful
reflection, laughter, self-discovery and interconnection.
Through ancient Indigenous wisdom and the beauty of
sharing and interaction, great personal inner growth,
empowerment and transformation can be realized.
This retreat is about the power of balance, humility,
giving and interdependence. Held in the most sacred,
beautiful locations with plenty of space for quiet, you
will find yourself slowing down, relaxing, and reconnecting
with Spirit. John Two-Hawks will share, teach and even
present an evening concert, but the 'Mending Medicine
Retreat' is not about Mr. Two-Hawks, it's about you....
....and Spirit.

Retreat Description
The 'Flute Discovery Retreat' is a time to learn the traditions,
history, and cultural significance of the American Indian flute.
It is a time to play and grow and share your passion and love
for the Native American flute with other like-minded folks.
John Two-Hawks will lead this 3-day event, and he will share
his first hand knowledge of the cultural customs and spiritual
power of the flutes indigenous to the First People of Turtle
Island. You will be sure to come away inspired and moved.

As a rare special treat, Two-Hawks will also be available to offer
pointers and technique tips for aspiring players! This retreat is
open to all flute players and flute makers, regardless of skill level.

Retreat Description

Years and experience prepare us for the second season of our lives.
This season can be full of vision and purpose and most importantly,
fun! We are born anew, freed from the stress and pressures we as
women have often allowed others to put on us, and we are ready to
take flight to discover our own center. This is a time to start over
and realize the original dreams and hopes we had for our lives. We
will spend the weekend sharing, laughing and learning new strategies
to love and nurture our inner child, who is finally ready to come out
and play. The work day is done and now it is time to find out who we
are outside the shadow of the expectations of others.
Open to up to 10 women
